Back for it’s Fifth Year, Viva Abejas is Chef Richard Sandoval’s initiative to amplify and educate the importance of bees, and their importance to the greater food system and ecosystem.
Toro Chicago will be participating in Viva Abejas this year by offering bee-centric food and drink specials, and hosting Bloom to Table: A 4-Hands Dinner featuring Chef Bill Kim and Chef Richard Sandoval.
